NEW Cling Stamp Labels and how to apply

Available for the first time in the United State and globally, Stampin' Up! has released their new Cling stamp label.  These will NOT fall off your block as has been an all to frequent occurrence with the Clear Mount stamps. They are available in the new 2019 Occasions catalog.
