October Zoom Card Class featuring Gilded Autumn Suite

After a few stumbles and technical difficulties we got off to our card making class.  The first one was for the more avid card maker.  The other two were a bit simpler.

I call the first card Harvest Hoop and I CASE'd it from Mary Deathrage

It uses the DSP "Gilded Autumn" as a background layer and also to punch out leaves and acorns; Metallic Foil cardstock, linen thread, In Color enamel dots, Cajun Craze, Early Espresso and Very Vanilla cardstock to stamp additional images. We also used the stamps from the Beautiful Autumn stamp set and the bundled acorn, maple and oak leaf stamps.

Card #2 also uses the Gilded Autumn DSP.  I love the beautiful foiling on the paper.  The cardstock is Very Vanilla and Early Espresso.  We punched out leaves from another sheet of the DSP!  Love when we can use our dies and punches to cut out images from the DSP!

This card was CASE'd (Copy And Share Everything) from Jaimie Barbarczy.

The 3rd card is a panel card. Very simple and elegant.  The cardstock was all Very Vanilla.  The outline images are stamped in Early Espresso.  The Oak leave fill is stamped in Cinnamon Cider, one of our new In Colors (which I love).  The maple leave fill is stamped in Cajun Craze and the acorn is stamped in Early Espresso for the top and Soft Suede for the bottom fill.  Stamp off first on all the fill images. The sentiment is stamped in Soft Suede.  The square pieces are die cut with the smallest square from the Stitched Shapes dies.

This card was CASE'd from C Mck.

If you'd like to join our next Zoom class, it's the 2nd Saturday of the month at 10 a.m. Central Time. Just email me or check my calendar at https://sharonbrennan.stampinup.net
