It's my middle grandson's birthday next week and I wanted to make a card to hold his gift card. My first idea has been put on hold for another day. I thought I had the stamp set I intended to use, but apparently, I only "thought" about buying the set.
I saw this card on Pinterest by Lisa Freeman, I've CASE'd it pretty much verbatim, with the exception of adding a gift card pocket. I didn't see the dimensions so I guessed :-) . The Starburst circle punch that I used for the black background on the flap, is retired. Sorry!!!
This card is so easy to put together. You can make it with whatever supplies you have on hand, except maybe the googly eyes. :-). I think I picked mine up at Walmart or one of the craft stores.
SUPPLIES & MEASUREMENTS:
Whisper White cardstock: 4" x 5-1/4" (inside right), 3-1/4" x 5-1/4" (inside left)
Granny Apple Green cardstock: 7-3/4" x 5-1/2" scored at 3-1/2; 2" x 5-1/4", scored at 1/2" for banner flap; 3-1/2" x 2-1/4" (card pocket)
DSP: 3-1/4" x 2-1/8" (pocket); 3-1/4" x 5-1/4" (front)
SUPPLIES: Available at my store http://sharonbrennan.stampinup.net
