What should I use to color my calendars?
I recently listed my Mini CD Easel calendar template and the cases on Etsy. One of my customers wanted to know my recommendation on how to color them other than just stamping. For me, because I make a larger quantity to sell, I prefer to just stamp as much as I can, because the process is time consuming when I do so many. I have in the past have done some coloring, and die cutting, and embossing (both heat and dry - with embossing folders).
The tools I cover in this video are:
Stampin' Blend Markers
Watercolor Pencils used with a Blender Pen
Blender Pen with an ink pad and re-inker
With all of these I used Black Memento Ink for the basic outline image.
This is what I used to clean my stamps with, it's called a Stampin' Scrub and the cleaner, Stampin' Mist, that you spray on the "wet" side, marked with an embossed water drop:
I also mentioned in my video. that I would give you a cheat sheet on what type of ink to ues for what types of projects. I can't attach a PDF but I hope this photo of it works for you.
